Some kittens are born at the rescue. Other cats and kittens may be brought in from hoarding situations or as strays or kittens born outside the rescue to feral cats.

We do our absolute best to make sure all cats and kittens are healthy when adopted. We cannot, however, guarantee future health as we have no idea about the health of the parents.

It will be your responsibility to have it checked by a veterinarian. It is your responsibility to have this animal screened for disease, given booster vaccines, and provided with any other medical attention it may need.

If, for any reason you cannot keep this cat or kitten, it will be returned to White Wings Rescue. By signing this application, you are agreeing to do that.

Applications may take at least 2 weeks to complete, based on the rescue's schedule, issues with contacting your vet or references, or if your application is deemed incomplete. Once an application is processed and deemed either incomplete or complete, we will contact you as soon as possible. Applications will stay active up to a year, will be archived for up to 6 months, and then permanently removed, unless stated otherwise. We do not have a work number, thus all calls on applications will be called with personal phone numbers. Even though the individual(s) calling are associated with the organization, you do not have permission to give their number out to others, unless told otherwise. Any messages left by references can and will be used to process the application, thus may not require a callback. We will only attempt to call each reference 3 times. If we are unable to contact them, your application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed until another reference is submitted. We maintain the right to refuse any application deemed unfit. Due to the recent change in Montana's laws involving cruelty to animals, we have the right to inform the authorities if we suspect any abuse done to any of the animals you adopt and/or currently own. All our cats under our care will not be adopted out until they are neutered/spayed and are up to date on their vaccinations. By signing below, you are stating that you are 18 years old or older, giving us permission to call everyone listed above, agree to all terms and conditions provided above, and have filled out the form honestly to the best of your abilities. I certify the above information is true and I understand any false information will nullify the adoption.
